American Student Transportation Partners expands in Western Pennsylvania through AJ Myers and Sons Acquisition
Through one of its operating companies, Krise Transportation, American Student Transportation Partners, Inc. (“ASTP”), a portfolio company of CVC -DIF, announces the acquisition of AJ Myers and Sons, a leading provider of student transportation in western Pennsylvania.
