CVC DIF, the infrastructure business of leading global private markets manager CVC, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Chris Koski to the newly created role of Chair of North America, to be based in Toronto, where he will work closely with CVC DIF’s existing Co-Heads of North America, Kanan Joshi in New York and Vincent Liu in Toronto as well as the wider team.
This announcement reinforces CVC DIF’s ambition to unlock additional investment opportunities and value creation potential across the US and Canada, and positions CVC DIF as a leading investor and partner for long term mid-market infrastructure development in one of the world’s largest markets.
Chris has more than 25 years of experience as a leader and investor in the infrastructure market. Before his role as Global Head of Investment Strategy at Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners, he was Global Head of Infrastructure at ADIA and before that was a key member of CPPIB’s infrastructure team from its inception.
Established in North America in 2012, CVC DIF has built a leading mid-market infrastructure platform with more than 35 professionals in Toronto and New York, managing over 20 active portfolio investments in the region.
